Shopped around the various VPS providers found on the net, to match the needs of the DigitalSpace websites.
Continued the Digital Spaces linux port. Almost all the work has been related to how gc4 handles templates "more correctly" then Visual Studio. -

Sketched out some skeleton data types for simulator abstract communication in the EvoGrid design. (JSON is lighter then XML, but covers the same functionality we'll use.)

Server Migration

Moved some domains to HostMonster.
Found the catch in their unlimited hosting. Investigating other options.
Shared Hosting providers seem reluctant to host our content at our usual usage rates. Looking at VPS and/or dedicated hosting. -
Server Migration & SVN Backups

Began initial moves for content migration from DigitalSpace servers to Hostmonster.
Evaluated potential CMS for migration of digitalspace.com , decided on Joomla.
Changed local SVN backup scripts to hotcopy the DB files, rather then doing a dump and backing that up. -

Sketched out a skeleton database schema for use in the EvoGrid Simulation Manager.
Discussed a bit of the crafting system for the Game.

Worked with the temperature analysis tool to test the exploding simulation problem.
Made visualizer output optional during a simulation run.
Reduced the amount of data being saved to disk when doing non-visualized simulation runs. -

Set up the Evogrid sources on Sourceforge. This included exporting only part of the existing company wide SVN, altering the base paths, and adjusting the working copy.
Set up cron'ed backups of the Sourceforge SVN DB.
Fixed generator's Op 1 causing atoms to have zero velocity.
