A central garden would be placed in the courtyard.
Three stories, white stone walls, tiled roofing. Inside it is separated into rooms in places that look like load bearing walls.
The walls stretch over two sims (of 256 meters) each, making the city approximately 1/2 a KM on each side.

Some builders were put down, including the Wizards Tower, to get a sense of scale.

This seems a bit small, don't you think?
