Set up the Evogrid sources on Sourceforge. This included exporting only part of the existing company wide SVN, altering the base paths, and adjusting the working copy.
Set up cron'ed backups of the Sourceforge SVN DB.
Fixed generator's Op 1 causing atoms to have zero velocity.
Created first analysis tool, that tracks temperature of entire simulation.

Updated the About My Game page.

Implemented bond collection into a graph (linked nodes) structure.
Implemented production of "excl" (exclusion) data for GROMACS run files.
Produced some visualized runs for presentation.
Read and wrote emails on evogrid mailing lists, including some initial introduction of new potential contributors.

Tweaked the EvoGrid wiki, including changing wording in system messages to better show accounts need authorizing, and hiding links that won't work for users with limited rights.

Realized this blog software supports multiple categories per post, merged multiple posts on same day into one.
